Free tools
Every tool below runs on the same delivery data we price real projects with. No email wall on the results you need.
Which one do you need?
What each tool takes in, and what it gives back.
All five run on the same delivery data used to build real fixed quotes. None of them gate the result behind an email address.
| Tool | You provide | You get | Use it when |
|---|---|---|---|
| App cost calculator | Platform, feature set, integrations | A line-item cost range with each feature priced separately | You need a budget number before talking to anyone |
| AI readiness assessment | Your data, workflows and current tooling | Where AI would genuinely help, and where it would not | You are being told to "add AI" and want a straight answer |
| Timeline estimator | Scope, team shape, decision speed | A week-count range plus what most often causes slippage | You have a launch date and need to know if it is real |
| Tech stack selector | Product type, scale expectations, team background | A recommended stack with the tradeoffs stated plainly | You are choosing between native, cross-platform or web |
| MVP scoper | A description of the product you want to build | A structured first-pass scope with features cut, not added | Your idea is still a paragraph and needs to become a plan |

What people ask about the tools
Are these tools really free? +
Yes, and there is no email wall on any result. You can run the cost calculator, read your full line-item estimate and leave without entering an address. The tools exist because most buyers want a number before they are willing to talk to anyone, and gating that behind a form just means they use a competitor's calculator instead.
How accurate are the estimates? +
The ranges come from line-item delivery data across 300+ completed builds, so they are grounded rather than invented — but they are ranges, not quotes. A calculator cannot know that your payment provider has an unusual settlement flow or that your data has to migrate from a legacy system. Expect the estimate to land within the right band; expect the fixed quote, which arrives within 48 hours of a scoping call, to be the number that actually holds.
What data do the calculators use? +
Feature-level cost and duration data from Ubikon's own delivered projects — the same dataset used to build real fixed quotes. It is not a generic industry table or a markup on hourly rates, which is why the tools can price individual features separately rather than returning one lump figure.
Do I have to talk to sales to get my result? +
No. Every result renders on the page immediately and in full. If you want it turned into a fixed, line-item quote you can act on, that takes a 30-minute scoping call — but that is your choice to make after you have seen the numbers, not a condition of seeing them.
Got your number?
Turn the estimate into a quote you can act on.
30 minutes, no deck. Bring your calculator result and you'll leave with sharper scope — the fixed quote lands within 48 hours.
