Pricing

Three engagement models, real ranges, no “contact us for pricing.” Every number below is priced from line-item delivery data across 300+ completed projects. A fixed quote for your specific scope arrives within 48 hours of a scoping call.

Engagement models

Pick the shape that matches what you're building.

Fixed-scope build

$8k–$80k

3–16 weeks

  • A defined product: MVP, mobile app, SaaS platform, or website
  • Fixed, line-item quote within 48 hours of a scoping call
  • Weekly working builds, not a reveal at the end
  • Full IP transfer on work delivered, with private repository handover
  • Store submission / launch infrastructure included
Monthly product squad

$6k–$18k / month

Ongoing, month-to-month

  • Continued iteration after v1 — a running product, not a one-off build
  • A dedicated sprint cadence with weekly demos
  • No minimum term; cancel with 30 days notice
  • Infrastructure, monitoring and on-call bug response included
  • Priced by scope agreed each month, not a vague retainer
AI sprint

$10k–$60k

4–14 weeks

  • A scoped AI feature: assistant, RAG pipeline, or agent workflow
  • An evaluation set built before launch, so quality is measured not assumed
  • Full IP transfer, same as every engagement
  • Rate limiting and cost monitoring on the AI-calling code path
  • A written recommendation if the honest answer is "you don't need this yet"

How we quote

A fixed number, not an opening bid.

The full methodology lives on our standards page — here's the short version.

  1. Scoping call

30 minutes. You describe the product; we ask the questions that actually change the price.

  2. Fixed quote, 48 hours

Line-item by feature, with a milestone plan and payment schedule — a spec you could hand to any engineering team.

  3. You see the comparable data

If a line item looks wrong to you, we show you the prior builds it's priced against — not just a revised number.

What buyers ask about pricing

Why don't you just list exact prices for every feature? +

We do, on a call — the exact number depends on real variables (platform count, integrations, design complexity) that change the price meaningfully. What we won't do is make you talk to a salesperson to learn the range: every price band on this page is real, and the calculator gives you a specific estimate in about two minutes.

Is the fixed quote actually fixed, or does it grow once you start? +

Fixed for the agreed scope. If you add real scope mid-build, that gets priced against the same delivery data and agreed before we build it — never silently absorbed into a bigger final invoice.

What is included in the price, and what costs extra? +

Design, engineering, testing, CI/CD, and launch (store submission or deployment) are always included. Ongoing infrastructure costs (hosting, third-party API usage) are billed at their real pass-through cost, not marked up, and are called out during scoping — never a surprise.

Do you require a minimum project size? +

No hard minimum, but sub-$5,000 projects are usually a better fit for a freelancer — we'll tell you that directly during scoping rather than take the work anyway.

How does the monthly product squad pricing work? +

You get a dedicated sprint cadence priced by the scope agreed each month — not a vague retainer. No minimum term, 30 days notice to end it, and you keep everything built regardless of how long the engagement runs.

One call. One fixed number.
