Ubikon runs two sites: ubikon.io (this one) for international clients, and ubikon.in in India. Same company, same team, same registered address above.
Ubikon works remotely with founders and CTOs across the US, UK, EU, Australia and the Middle East, and is based in Indore, India. Calls are scheduled in your timezone — most US and UK clients take an early-morning IST slot, which lands in their afternoon.
Office hours are 10:00–19:00 IST, Monday to Saturday. Async briefs sent outside those hours are read the next working morning. See the overlap hours for your region.

What to expect before you book
Is the scoping call a sales call? +
No. It is 30 minutes of questions about what you are building, aimed at the decisions that actually change the price — platform count, integrations, roles, and what happens after launch. There is no deck and no second discovery call. You leave with sharper scope whether or not you go ahead, and the fixed quote follows within 48 hours.
Will you sign an NDA first? +
Yes, and it costs nothing to ask. Send yours before the call or ask for one at the start and it gets signed before you describe anything. Most founders do not bother, but nobody should have to argue for it.
What should I have ready? +
Nothing formal. A paragraph describing the product, roughly who uses it, and any hard constraints — a launch date, a budget ceiling, a platform you must support. Wireframes or a spec help but are not needed; if your idea is still a paragraph, that is exactly what the call is for. Running the MVP scoper or cost calculator beforehand gives the conversation a useful starting number.
What timezone do you work in? +
Ubikon is based in Indore, India (IST, UTC+5:30) with office hours of 10:00–19:00, Monday to Saturday. Calls are booked in your timezone — an early-morning IST slot lands in the afternoon for UK and Europe, and evening IST works for US mornings. Weekly build reviews are async by default so no one has to hold a recurring call at an awkward hour.
How quickly do you reply to an async brief? +
Within one working day, and a real person reads it — there is no auto-reply questionnaire in between. If your project is a poor fit for Ubikon, you will be told that in the first reply rather than after three calls.
